Welcome to Sticky Beehive 
(the “Hive,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for buzzing around our website, www.stickybeehive.com (the “Site”), and for purchasing our products.
By shopping with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully (with a cup of honey tea if you like). 
1. General Hive Rules
You must be at least 18 years old (or have guardian approval) to order from us.
We may update these Terms anytime — changes will be posted here, and your continued use of the Hive means you accept them.
2. Products & Orders
Our stickers are shown as accurately as possible, but colors may look a little different depending on your screen.
Availability can change quickly — if something sells out, we’ll let you know.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of errors, suspected fraud, or misuse of the Hive.
3. Pricing & Payment 
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.
Payments must be made in full at checkout.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods listed during checkout.
You promise to give us accurate billing and shipping info so your stickers fly to the right hive.
4. Shipping & Delivery 
Orders are processed within2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Delivery times depend on your location — Canadian bees get theirs faster, international bees may wait a little longer.
Once we hand your order to the shipping carrier, it’s officially on its way. Risk of loss passes to you at that point.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because stickers are personal little bees, all sales are final.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days. Send photos so we can sort it out.
Approved refunds will go back to your original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, logos, and content on this Site belong to Sticky Beehive.
Please don’t copy, resell, or use our designs without permission — that’s like stealing honey from the hive.
7. Limitation of Liability 
Sticky Beehive isn’t responsible for damages, losses, or sticky situations that may result from using our Site or products.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order — no more, no less.
8. Privacy 
Your info is safe with us. We only collect what we need to process orders and improve your experience.

9. Governing Law 
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ontario.
