Return Eligibility

Products Eligible for Return

You may return products within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The product is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Products NOT Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Custom or personalized stickers
  • Products that have been applied/used
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Digital products or downloadable content

Return Process

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
    • Email: [email protected]
    • Subject line: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Order number
    • Product name(s)
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if product is defective or damaged)
  3. Wait for approval
    • We will review your request within 2 business days
    • You will receive return instructions via email
  4. Ship the product back
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible)
    • Include a copy of your order confirmation
    • Use a trackable shipping method
    • Ship to the address provided in our return authorization email

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping
  • Change of mind or other reasons: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refund Process

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • If you paid by credit card, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • If you paid by PayPal or another method, refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days

Refund Amount

  • Full refund: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items (including original shipping costs)
  • Partial refund: Product price only (original shipping costs not included) for non-defect returns
  • Store credit option: We’re happy to offer store credit instead of a refund if you prefer

Damaged or Defective Items

What to Do

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Do not apply or use the product
  2. Take clear photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  4. Include:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the damaged/defective item
    • Photos of the packaging (if damaged in shipping)
    • Description of the issue

Our Response

  • We will review your claim within 24 hours
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund (your choice)
  • For replacements, we cover all shipping costs
  • No need to return defective items unless we specifically request it

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  2. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no cost to you
  3. We will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
  4. You will receive the correct item within 5-7 business days

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different product:

  1. Return your original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired product
  3. For defective items, we’ll provide a discount code for your new order

Order Cancellations

Before Shipping

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement for a full refund
  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number
  • Subject line: “Cancel Order – Order #[Your Order Number]”

After Shipping

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • You may refuse delivery or follow our return process once received

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Shipping costs (unless the product is defective or we made an error)
  • Gift cards or store credit
  • Downloaded digital products

Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees for any returns.
